Four years after the publication of the UNDP-Energy Chamber CSR Mapping Report, the 'strategic challenge' of integrating sustainability criteria into core business processes remains the most significant developmental issue in the promotion of CSR in T&T. This report seeks to shed some light on the extent of progress made and understands senior managers to be among the most important internal driving forces for mainstreaming CSR in any market environment.
